Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collection, select your preferred frames, choose your lens options, and add them to your cart. Follow the checkout process to complete your purchase.
Q: Can I order glasses without a prescription?
A: Yes! We offer non-prescription (plano) lenses as well as prescription lenses. You can select your preference during the ordering process.
Q: How do I submit my prescription?
A: During checkout, you can upload a photo or PDF of your prescription, or enter the details manually. You can also email it to us at support@glassie.com with your order number.
Q: What if my prescription has changed?
A: We recommend always using your most up-to-date prescription. If your prescription changes shortly after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate the change.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Prescription eyewear may take an additional 7–10 business days for lens processing before dispatch.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Shipping times and costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package on our website or the courier's site.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, non-prescription items in their original packaging. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details.
Q: Can I return prescription glasses?
A: Prescription eyewear is custom-made and generally non-returnable. However, if there's a manufacturing defect or an error in the prescription, we'll remake or refund your order. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Q: What types of lenses do you offer?
A: We offer a wide range of lenses including single vision, bifocal, progressive, blue light blocking, anti-reflective, photochromic (transition), and polarized lenses.
Q: How do I choose the right frame size?
A: Each product page includes frame measurements (lens width, bridge width, and temple length). You can compare these with a pair of glasses that fits you well. If you need help, contact our support team.
Q: Do your glasses come with a warranty?
A: Yes, all our frames come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment methods available at checkout.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure, trusted payment gateways. We do not store your card details.
