At Glassie, we stand behind the quality of our eyewear. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we make the return process simple and hassle-free.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging with all included accessories (case, cleaning cloth, etc.)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Prescription eyewear customized to your prescription (unless defective or incorrect)
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Products that have been used, scratched, or damaged after delivery
  • Gift cards

3. Prescription Eyewear Returns

Because prescription glasses are custom-made to your specifications, they are generally non-returnable. However, we will accept a return or offer a free remake if:

  • There is a verified manufacturing defect
  • The lenses were made incorrectly based on the prescription you provided

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you experience any of the above issues.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@glassie.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable courier service.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your return within 3–5 business days.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

6. Refunds

Once your return is approved and processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges on non-prescription frames within 30 days of delivery. If you'd like a different style, color, or size, please mention this when contacting our support team.

8. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@glassie.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
