At Glassie, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your eyewear. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging with all accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items:

  • Prescription eyewear that has been customized to your prescription
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Damaged or used products

2. Prescription Eyewear

Due to the custom nature of prescription lenses, we are unable to accept returns on prescription glasses unless:

  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • The lenses were made incorrectly based on the prescription you provided

In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will remake or refund your order at no additional cost.

3. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges on non-prescription frames within 30 days of delivery. If you'd like to exchange your glasses for a different style or size, please reach out to our support team.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@glassie.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

6. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please:

  1. Email us at support@glassie.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our team to confirm your return request and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
